Heat Exchangers
 
Complete
reconditioned plate heat exchangers are available. The plates have all
undergone the reconditioning process and then assembled in the frames,
the complete units are then pressure tested and a certificate from any
classification society can be obtained at cost.
Reconditioned units
are guaranteed for twelve months of operation.
Reconditioned Plates
All
plates that we sell as reconditioned are guaranteed for twelve months of
operation. Each plate has been chemically cleaned, crack detected, checked
for gasket channel deformation and re-gasketed
with a new gasket.
Material
of the gasket is specified by the customer. The refurbished plate and
gasket are then oven cured to ensure the new gasket is properly bonded to
the plate.
The
plate then receives a final inspection and excess glue is removed before
packing and dispatch.
