All exchange bowls have been thoroughly cleaned and
inspected for corrosion, erosion and impact damage.
All sealing faces are checked and machined where necessary.
Bowl tapers are carefully checked for play and wobble.
Lock rings large and small are checked for wear and
are remarked. Bowl discs are mechanically polished,
removing surface scratches that sludge can stick to
giving problems with balance.
Top discs and distributors are carefully checked for wear,
damage and play. Finally the bowls are re-balanced to original
manufacturers specifications and test run. A Balance Certificate
is then issued for each bowl.
All bowls are guaranteed for twelve months of operation.
Customers old bowls must be returned to us within three months
or surcharges will apply. |
