Design

Separator Spares International (UK) Ltd has the ability to fully control all aspects of the spare parts it supplies. Whether this is in the design, material specification & manufacturing tolerances of all the parts it has made or the full traceability of any parts it buys in. For example all bearings we supply are only supplied by a recognised bearing manufacture as used by the OEM.

Our design team uses the most up to date 3D imaging software to design and produce our own engineering drawings. In conjunction with the correct material specification we can ensure the produced parts will perform as well as the OEM equivalent part.

Inspection

All parts before being put into stock are thoroughly checked by our inspection department. We use this inspection process to ensure that you receive products of the highest possible quality.

With our constant quest for the high quality parts we have invested in a state of the art CMM (Co-ordinate Measuring Machine). By using the CMM our inspection department can accurately measure down to 2 microns. All parts are measured against our original drawings and tolerances and any out of tolerance dimensions are highlighted to our inspectors. They can then decide whether the part can be passed into stock or rejected.
